Most women complete 2–3 strength sessions per week, follow simple nutrition guidance, and receive ongoing coaching and accountability. Support is personalized based on goals, schedule, and level of coaching. The goal is structure without overwhelm.
The first conversation is relaxed. I'm not throwing a plan at you on day one. I want to understand where you are physically, mentally, what's worked, what hasn't, what your life actually looks like. Then I build something simple that you feel confident you can follow without overwhelm. The goal early on is trust and momentum, not perfection.
No. I build your program around what you have access to: home, gym, wherever you are. A few dumbbells and a clear reason why are more than enough to begin.

TAOSFit is a personalized coaching experience built around your goals, lifestyle, and level of support needed. Most clients invest between $2,000 and $6,000 depending on the program and coaching structure that's right for them.
